Latino Tax Expert is looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2027 Tax Season!

This is a seasonal tax preparation position. Please understand that this is not a year-round salaried position.

💰 Compensation & Work Period:
Paid tax preparation work begins when the 2027 tax season starts in January. Earnings are based on the tax preparation work you perform while assisting and preparing tax returns for clients during tax season.

Before tax season, selected candidates may participate in preparation, training, and onboarding so they are ready to assist clients once filing season begins. Details regarding the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

We are looking for candidates who have:
• Knowledge of basic tax laws and tax preparation
• Bilingual skills — English and Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A professional and dependable attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team
