Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Analytics Lead Manager to join a growing team of data analytics experts. This role requires individuals who can solve complex technical challenges in data and analytics projects while also effectively managing client relationships. The position is client-facing and requires the ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage client engagements.

As an Analytics Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading critical analytics initiatives across multiple functions, delivering high-quality insights, and driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong collaborator capable of translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Manage client engagements independently with support from global teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

•            Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to integrate analytics into their business operations.

•            Conduct regular client update meetings, manage stakeholders, track execution, and monitor success metrics.

•            Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

•            Lead analytics delivery including data synthesis, modeling, and deriving actionable insights to support business KPIs.

•            Support team ramp-up activities including analyst evaluation, project allocation, and planning.

•            Work closely with internal teams to provide updates on project delivery, timelines, and risk management.

•            Design and define architecture for analytics and reporting platforms including database, ETL, analytics, and visualization tools.

•            Provide consulting on implementing analytics-driven strategies including statistical and machine learning solutions.

•            Mentor and guide team members while fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.

Required Skills:

•            6+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics consulting, or project management roles.

•            Strong experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python (knowledge of KNIME is a plus).

•            Experience working with ETL tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.

•            Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•            Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•            Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
