The product is fully built, live, and already paid for by brokerages in New York and beyond — this isn't a startup idea looking for validation, it's a working system that sells when it gets in front of the right people.That's where you come in. We're bringing on salespeople to get Leasync in front of brokers and brokerages everywhere.What you'll do
Cold outreach: calls, emails, and DMs to CRE brokers, teams, and brokerage owners
Book and run demos (we'll train you until you can run them in your sleep)
Close subscriptions and build your own recurring book of business

What we need from you
A proven track record of closing — you can show us numbers, not adjectives
Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and hearing "no"
Self-managed: nobody is going to babysit your pipeline
CRE or SaaS sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
Straight talk: this is commission-based. No base salary. If that word scares you, this isn't your role. If you've closed before and want uncapped recurring income on a product that genuinely demos itself, apply.
