SavvyWise WorkForce is recruiting for a full-time, permanent, on-site OR Circulator opportunity in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. Public salary range: $74,000-$86,000 annually. Five openings.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with 1-2 call shifts per week. Must be able to meet a 30-minute callback requirement. Relocation assistance is not available.
Requirements: Associate degree in nursing; North Carolina RN license or qualifying compact RN license; at least 2 years of actual operating room circulating experience. Pre-op, post-op, PACU or GI-only experience does not meet the circulating requirement. Case mix includes orthopedic, general surgery, robotic/da Vinci, and some OB/GYN procedures. BLS within 30 days of hire and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities: Provide circulating nursing care during surgical procedures, coordinate with the surgical team, support patient safety, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
