We're Hiring: Senior AI Engineer

📍 San Francisco, CA | Hybrid – 4 Days/Week

💼 Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI agents that investigate businesses across the open web and transform unstructured information into structured intelligence for underwriting, fraud detection, and risk assessment.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy production AI agents for web discovery, verification, and business intelligence

• Build agent workflows using multiple LLM providers

• Develop browser automation, web search, structured extraction, and evidence-collection infrastructure

• Build evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and performance benchmarks

• Optimize AI systems for quality, latency, reliability, and cost

• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities

🔹 Required Skills

• Production experience building LLM applications or autonomous AI agents

• Strong Python, including asynchronous programming

• Experience with multiple frontier LLMs and modern agent frameworks

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration

• Experience with AI evaluation and benchmarking

• Browser automation, web crawling, and information extraction

• Strong backend/software engineering fundamentals

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Large-scale web scraping & browser automation

• Anti-bot detection, authenticated scraping & proxy infrastructure

• LangSmith, Braintrust, or custom AI evaluation frameworks

• Entity resolution / record linkage / identity verification

• Search, retrieval pipelines & semantic search

• Multi-model routing, inference optimization & LLM cost management

• Agent platforms / AI infrastructure
