Job description

About Toutix
Toutix is building the fan-data intelligence layer for live events. We give sports organizations, festivals, and live-event organizers something the incumbents like Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and Paciolan have never let them have: ownership of their fan data and the intelligence to act on it.
Our white-label platform spans ticketing, a Fan Passport loyalty and identity layer, a Fan CRM, and an AI intelligence product called Fan Oracle. We're backed by top-tier investors, we're early, and we're going after a massive market that's been underserved for decades.

The role
We're building our founding US sales team and hiring three Account Executives to attack it together. This is a true full-cycle hunting role: you'll own your verticals end to end, from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close, and you'll carry your own pipeline.
You won't be handed leads or sit downstream of an SDR. You'll go find the business, and you'll own the relationships you build.
We're hiring three of you on purpose. You'll each own your lanes, compete on a shared leaderboard, and win as a team. We want people who push each other to be better: competitive in the best way, collaborative when it counts, and genuinely fired up to disrupt a space the incumbents have taken for granted. The strongest seller among you has an open runway to grow into a leadership seat as we scale.

What you'll do
● Own the full sales cycle across your assigned verticals: sports properties, clubs, leagues, venues, festivals, and college athletics
● Build and run your own pipeline from scratch; self-source, qualify, and close
● Run discovery and demos that connect Toutix's platform to the buyer's real pain: fan data they don't own, fragmented systems, no intelligence layer
● Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals through to signature
● Manage your closed accounts and keep them healthy until we build out Customer Success
● Feed what you learn in the field back into how we sell and what we build

What we're looking for
● A proven full-cycle closer who has carried a quota and beaten it; you can point to deals you sourced and closed yourself
● Self-disciplined and self-motivated; you don't need a manager standing over you to generate pipeline
● Sharp on discovery and genuinely consultative; you sell by understanding the buyer's problem, not by pitching features
● Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity, where the playbook isn't fully written and you help write it
● Hungry to win and energized by a competitive, high-performing team
● Bonus: experience selling ticketing, SaaS, martech, or data products, or selling into sports, venues, live events, or college athletics

Compensation & upside
$190K OTE at target, with no ceiling above it; your earnings scale with what you bring in
● Uncapped commission: 15% on new business above target, accelerating to 17% on serious overperformance. This is above-market, and it's deliberate: we want our sellers to make a lot of money.
● Potential early-team equity
● The chance to be a founding member of a sales org and grow with the company

Toutix provides sports teams, artists, and event organizers with a fan-first ticketing platform that eliminates scalping, enables regulated resale, and unlocks rich fan data. Our technology powers primary sales, controlled secondary markets, and connected fan experiences across tickets, merchandise, concessions, and loyalty. The result is deeper fan relationships, stronger event economics, and the infrastructure teams and leagues need to grow.
