Position Title: Door-to-Door Appointment Setter (Canvasser)

A1 Roofing Solutions is expanding across the Valley and looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.

This position is NOT a sales role — your responsibility is to connect with homeowners and set appointments for our inspection team. If you enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and getting paid based on your effort, this is a great opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods

• Speak with homeowners and introduce our services

• Set appointments for free roof inspections

• Work closely with a team in a fast-paced environment

• Hit daily and weekly activity goals

Pay Structure:

• Base pay: $18/hour

• Uncapped performance bonuses

• Top performers average $25–$35+/hour
