TriState Roofing is looking for a motivated, energetic Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a successful door-to-door canvassing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, train, and motivate canvassers

• Manage daily routes, territories, and team goals

• Generate qualified appointments for our sales team

• Track performance and help team members improve

• Create a positive, competitive, results-driven culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Canvassing, roofing, home-improvement, or sales experience preferred

• Proven ability to recruit and develop a team

• Dependable, organized, and goal-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
