Farmers Market Seller / Brand Representative

White Eagle Nutrition is hiring a friendly, reliable farmers market seller to represent our brand at local markets, pop-ups, and community events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, explaining products, setting up an attractive booth, and helping a small sustainability-focused business grow.

The seller will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the market booth, displaying products neatly, engaging customers, explaining the benefits of our dried black soldier fly larvae and frass products, processing sales, tracking inventory, and answering basic product questions. The role requires comfort speaking with backyard chicken owners, gardeners, pet owners, homesteaders, and small farm customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and break down the booth, table, signage, samples, and product displays

• Greet customers and explain White Eagle Nutrition products clearly and confidently. Our garden brand is Nellie's Garden and these products will also be sold at our booth.

• Sell dried black soldier fly larvae, frass, and related products

• Communicate key product benefits, including natural animal nutrition, sustainability, soil health, and regenerative agriculture

• Process payments and keep accurate sales records

• Track inventory before and after each market

• Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional

• Collect customer feedback, leads, wholesale interest, and email signups

• Represent the company in a positive, honest, and approachable way

The ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing, comfortable with sales, and able to work independently. Experience with farmers markets, retail sales, gardening, poultry, pets, agriculture, or natural products is helpful but not required. The most important qualities are reliability, good communication, common sense, and willingness to learn the product.

This is a part-time, event-based role, primarily on weekends. The position may involve lifting boxes, standing for several hours, working outdoors, and handling booth materials. Compensation can be hourly, commission-based, or a combination depending on experience and market schedule.
