Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a 1099, commission-based role with a flexible schedule and no mandatory office time. You will run warm, pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services. There is no cold calling or canvassing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments

• Deliver a clear, professional presentation of our services

• Communicate project options and close deals

• Represent Greaves Construction with professionalism and integrity

Earning Potential (OTE)

• $7,500/month ($90K/year) – conservative performance

• $10,500/month ($126K/year) – expected on-target earnings

• $11,500+/month ($138K+/year) – top performers

Requirements

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license

• Willing to undergo a background check

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

• Sales experience is helpful but not required — full training provided
