**Job Overview**
The Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships will lead the organization’s fundraising efforts and build relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors and partners.
- Oversee grant writing and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with donor management software.
