Job description

Sales Manager - TriState Roofing in Tacoma WA

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business.
Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Track sales performance and meet monthly and annual targets.
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, service, or home improvement industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What we offer
Up to 1200 a week after 90 day probation period, lets see what you got!
2% override on 7 reps for first 90 days of probation period
10% on individual commissions
