We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our organization and lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker who can coordinate multiple projects, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that program objectives align with organizational goals.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing program plans, establishing schedules, identifying risks, tracking milestones, and coordinating activities across multiple teams. You will work closely with leadership, project managers, technical teams, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and deliverables are completed on time. You will also provide regular program updates, identify potential obstacles, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.

Key responsibilities include managing program scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and performance. The Program Manager will develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, status reports, and metrics used to measure progress and overall program effectiveness. This role will also facilitate meetings, coordinate decision-making, and ensure that action items are properly assigned and completed. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and multiple initiatives must be managed simultaneously.

Qualified candidates should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience managing programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives is strongly desired. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is also beneficial. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar program-management platforms is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze information, identify trends, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and communicate complex information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Candidates should demonstrate accountability, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build productive relationships across different levels of an organization.
