🏥 Key Responsibilties:
✔ Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for a high-performing Rehabilitation & Long-Term Care nursing unit
✔ Lead staffing, workforce planning, patient flow, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and daily unit operations
✔ Mentor, coach, and develop RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and frontline leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
✔ Partner with physicians, rehabilitation therapists, case managers, and families to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care and exceptional recovery outcomes
✔ Drive performance improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and patient safety standards

✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ Active Maryland RN License
✔ ASN required (BSN preferred)
✔ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
✔ 5+ years of nursing experience within Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care
✔ Leadership experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Nurse Manager, or equivalent
✔ Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing, geriatric care, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary team leadership
