Founding Engineer

We’re Nexhelm, a vertical AI-native platform helping financial advisors 10x client-handling capacity without increasing headcount. We're already working with pilot customers, backed by the AI2 Incubator (founded by Oren Etzioni, with backing from top-tier AI leaders), and have secured pre-seed funding.

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join us at this pivotal early stage.

Who You Are:
• A full-stack engineer (or aspiring one) with 1–2+ years of industry experience
• Passionate about AI-driven workflow automation and domain-specific intelligence
• Eager to work closely with users, ship fast, and iterate quickly
• Interested in product ownership, not just code
• Based in Seattle (preferred) or open to remote

You'll Work Directly With:
• CEO (ex-Amazon AI scientist)
• CTO (ex-Amazon SDE)
• AI-engineer (ex-Mistral AI MLE)
• Domain-savvy GTM team, already engaging customers and prospects

Compensation:
• $60K/year + meaningful equity
• Pay will increase with business growth (expected in 6 months)
