Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices. This role is responsible for building and scaling reliable systems, improving developer productivity, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the DevOps/Platform Engineering team

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience

  • Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi

  • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

  • Improve system reliability, uptime, and incident response processes (SRE practices)

  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to streamline development workflows

  • Implement and enforce security best practices (DevSecOps)

  • Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Continuously optimize deployment processes and reduce time-to-market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5–10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)

  • Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
