The Mission

We are building the definitive digital platform for food transparency, specializing in identifying bioengineered (BE) and GMO ingredients within Spanish and Mediterranean culinary traditions. We are merging "Culinary Soul" with "Technical Data" to empower consumers in the grocery aisle.

Your Core Responsibilities

• The "Face" of the Brand: You will be our primary on-camera expert. You will record high-impact, 30–60 second "Expert Minute" videos for our web portal, social media, and email newsletters (batched monthly for efficiency).

• Clinical Strategy & Logic: Partner with our technical lead (AI/Automation) to "train" our data models. You will audit ingredient lists to ensure our "Clean" standards meet strict clinical and Mediterranean guidelines.

• Premium Custom Planning: Finalize and provide a "human-in-the-loop" clinical review for our premium-tier monthly custom meal plans, ensuring they are nutritionally sound and culturally authentic.

• Operational Collaboration: Utilize our MeeBoss command center to manage assignments, review technical data reports, and coordinate with the founding team in Chicago.
