Position Summary
Aguilera Credit Consulting LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This person will help manage client communications, appointments, documents, records, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of handling sensitive financial and personal information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and organize client emails, calls, and inquiries.
Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up reminders.
Collect and organize client documents securely.
Update client records, spreadsheets, task lists, and CRM systems.
Prepare standard correspondence, forms, and document templates.
Track client onboarding requirements and outstanding documents.
Assist with invoices, payment records, and basic bookkeeping organization.
Maintain organized digital folders and accurate electronic records.
Support the owner with calendar management and administrative projects.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and incomplete paperwork.
Assist with website updates, digital products, and social media scheduling as assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow ACC’s privacy and data-security procedures.
Perform other administrative duties necessary to support business operations.
Important Compliance Limitations
The Administrative Assistant will not:
Promise specific credit-score increases or guaranteed results.
Provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Submit disputes or communicate with third parties without authorization.
Alter, fabricate, or misrepresent client information.
Access or share client information outside approved business systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative, customer-service, financial-services, or office experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency with email, calendars, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDFs, and spreadsheets.
Ability to learn CRM, document-management, and scheduling systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional judgment when handling confidential information.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Familiarity with credit education or financial services is helpful but not required.
Work Requirements
Reliable computer and internet connection.
Professional and private remote-work environment.
Availability during agreed-upon business hours.
Ability to sign confidentiality and data-security agreements.
Successful completion of any legally permitted background or identity verification required for the position.
