About SpecialEd Connect:

SpecialEd Connect is building a marketplace that matches families receiving Texas TEFA/PDSES grants, and other payment types (insurance, medicaid, private pay etc.) with high-quality special-education clinics, practitioners, and organizations. Our platform handles all the state-compliant invoicing—so partners can focus on providing care.

What You'll Do:

• Prospective-outbound prospecting of DFW clinics and practitioners

• Qualifying, pitching, and closing pilot-program partnership agreements

• Conduct short intro calls that demonstrate our revenue-boosting workflow

• On-board new partners and hand them off to our internal team for implementation

• Track leads in our CRM and produce weekly status reports for the CEO

Who We're Looking For:

• Former special-education teacher, SLP, OT, PT, BCBA, Psychologist, Counselors or clinician based in the DFW area

• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work flexible hours

• Knowledge of Texas special education funding mechanisms (TEFA/PDSES/Medicaid etc.) is a bonus, not required

Compensation:

• 25% commission on the initial setup fee (or $150, whichever is greater) for every partner you close

• Earnings are paid weekly.

• No base salary, no benefits—keep 100% of your commission

Application Process:

olving the "Service Cliff" crisis by connecting families and school districts directly to a verified network of independent special education experts. Our platform serves as a dual-engine compliance marketplace: 1. For School Districts (B2B): We offer a "Fractional Staffing Reserve." Administrators can instantly fill critical IEP service gaps (SLP, OT, Diag) using our verified provider network, ensuring compliance without the exorbitant markup of traditional staffing agencies. 2. For Families (B2C): We provide a friction-free discovery engine. Parents can filter providers by specific clinical needs (e.g., Dyslexia, Autism, transition planning), verify licensure instantly, and book secure sessions in minutes rather than months. 3. For Providers: We are a "Business-in-a-Box." We empower independent therapists to launch profitable private practices by handling credentialing, liability contracts, and automated billing, allowing them to focus on student outcomes. We are not just a directory; we are the operating system for the future of personalized, accessible special education. Driven by a mission to democratize access and a vision to build the compliant rails for the privatization of education services.
