Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions across an enterprise environment. The role will involve both Generative AI and traditional ML/NLP/Deep Learning technologies, with opportunities to provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI models.

• Work with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM Development teams.

• Develop solutions using LLMs such as Gemini, GPT-4, and similar models.

• Apply traditional ML, NLP, and Deep Learning techniques.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Support ML model optimization, development best practices, and MLOps.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Support AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and bias monitoring.

• Architect scalable ML systems and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.

• Document architectures, workflows, and model lifecycles.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall experience in AI/ML or related engineering.

• Strong Generative AI and LLM experience.

• Traditional Machine Learning / NLP / Deep Learning.

• Strong Python programming.

• Experience with ML frameworks.

• Cloud platform experience, preferably GCP.

• Scalable ML system architecture.

• Enterprise AI integration.

• MLOps and model lifecycle management.

• Technical leadership and mentoring.

Preferred:

• Healthcare, Payer, or Healthcare Technology experience.

• Salesforce/CRM platform experience.

• Data privacy, security, and ethical AI.

• Agile/project delivery experience.
