The Role: Marketing Intern

Are you passionate about AI and the future of digital communities? As our Marketing Intern, you will be a key player in our growth story, helping to drive meaningful engagement and build brand awareness across a variety of online platforms. You will get hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.

This role is perfect for a current student or recent graduate who is eager to apply their skills in a real-world, fast-paced tech environment and make a tangible impact.

What You'll Do

• Community Engagement & Expansion: Dive deep into relevant Reddit subreddits, industry-niche Discord servers, and Slack channels. You will identify key conversations, engage authentically with users, and establish Artifact as a valuable and trusted voice within these communities.
• Content Creation: Design and create compelling visual content, including social media graphics, infographics, and presentations using Canva. You will also produce and edit short-form video content (e.g., product demos, tutorials, social clips) using Screen Studio and Capcut.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing our content calendar and posting engaging updates across our primary social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.). Your focus will be on scaling our interaction by actively responding to comments and sparking conversations.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within our target communities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor and report on key engagement metrics (e.g., comments, shares, reach, community growth) to measure the impact of your efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure our marketing messages are aligned and to share insights gathered from the community.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written communication skills with an authentic and engaging tone.
• A strong, intuitive understanding of social media platforms and online community etiquette.
• Familiarity with online communities like Reddit, Discord, and Slack is a huge plus.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
• A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
