Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for leadership review
Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
Identify risks and obstacles early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Manage relationships with external vendors, community partners, and city agencies as needed
Support the implementation of new systems, programs, and initiatives that serve union members
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a union, nonprofit, government, or public sector environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
PMP certification or equivalent a plus
