Title: Construction Change Order Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6-12 Months

About the Role: This opportunity is focused on supporting construction contract administration, change-order management, and entitlement review across multiple large-scale projects. You’ll work closely with contractors, project managers, cost managers, and contract stakeholders to ensure change requests, contract documentation, action items, and project records are properly reviewed, tracked, and managed. This is a great opportunity to gain owner-side experience supporting complex, mission-critical data center construction projects while working alongside experienced project and contract management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support construction contract administration and change-order processes across multiple projects.

  • Review contract documents and change-order requests for completeness and compliance.

  • Support entitlement reviews and contract interpretation for construction changes.

  • Maintain change logs, trackers, contract databases, and project documentation.

  • Monitor contractual response timelines and follow up on outstanding action items.

  • Coordinate contractor review meetings, conference calls, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Work closely with project managers, cost managers, contractors, and contract stakeholders.

  • Extract and organize key contract information for tracking and reporting.

  • Support contract compliance and change management processes.

  • Help ensure documentation and contract records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction contract administration and change-order analysis.

  • Experience interpreting GMP and/or lump-sum construction contracts.

  • Experience with entitlement assessment, claims, or construction change management.

  • Strong experience with Excel-based tracking, documentation, and reporting.

  • Background in construction, infrastructure, data centers, engineering, project controls, or commercial management.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Experience with Bluebeam and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
