Avendano Health Medical Wellness & Lab is seeking an experienced, high-level Mobile Phlebotomist to join our concierge program. We have active patient orders scheduled for Monday morning and are looking for a reliable professional to start immediately.

The "Concierge" Workflow

We provide a streamlined, high-efficiency workflow for our contractors. Your responsibility is clinical excellence and a premium patient experience.

• 1. Patient Verification: Upon arrival, you will verify the patient’s identity (Full Name + DOB) and cross-reference it with the provided lab requisition to ensure all ordered tests are accounted for.

• 2. Specimen Collection: Perform venipuncture independently in the patient's home. You must be a "one-stick" pro, as this is a high-end concierge service.

• 3. Specimen Security: Ensure all tubes are filled correctly according to the requisition. No labeling or shipping is required on your end.

• 4. Immediate Drop-off: To maintain specimen integrity, samples must be delivered directly to our Boca Raton facility immediately after the collection is completed.

Compensation & "Zelle" Instant Pay

• $30 per draw (Within 10 miles of our Boca office).

• $35 per draw (10–20 miles from our Boca office).

• Extended Areas: Additional travel compensation provided for distances beyond 20 miles (Case-by-case).

• ⚡ NEXT-DAY PAYOUTS: We pay via Zelle the next business day after a successful drop-off. No waiting weeks for your money.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of active Phlebotomy experience (Required).

• Skillset: Exceptional venipuncture skills; ability to work solo in a home environment.

• Professionalism: Punctuality and a polished bedside manner are non-negotiable.

• Logistics: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Availability: Must be able to start this Monday morning.
