Job description

Executive Assistant to the Founder
Company: T11 Ventures Location: Back Bay, Boston Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work arrangement: Fully on-site Employment type: Full-time
About T11 Ventures
T11 Ventures is an AI-native venture studio that conceives, builds, launches, and scales technology companies at the intersection of software, capital, and internet culture.
Our current work includes building a new consumer financial technology platform designed around the future of social and digital markets.
We are assembling a small, high-agency team in Boston and are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder.
The Role
This is not a passive, calendar-only assistant position.
The Executive Assistant will help organize the founder’s time, maintain operating discipline across multiple priorities, and make sure conversations turn into completed work. The role combines executive support, project coordination, research, recruiting support, and day-to-day company operations.
You should be comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and initiative is highly valued.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
  • Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, notes, and follow-up action items
  • Turn conversations, voice notes, and ideas into organized task lists
  • Track projects, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding decisions
  • Draft emails, documents, internal updates, and follow-up messages
  • Conduct research on companies, markets, candidates, investors, and potential partners
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, contacts, and company documents
  • Coordinate office needs, vendors, travel, reservations, and occasional errands
  • Follow up with team members and external contacts to keep work moving
  • Identify organizational gaps before they become problems
  • Handle confidential company and personal information with complete discretion
    Who We Are Looking For
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize competing responsibilities without losing track of details
  • Comfortable taking initiative without waiting for constant instructions
  • Naturally follows up and closes loops
  • Professional when communicating with executives, investors, candidates, and partners
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to research, organize, draft, and execute work
  • Interested in startups, technology, finance, venture building, or artificial intelligence
  • Able to work fully on-site in Back Bay from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week
  • Previous experience in executive support, startup operations, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred
We care more about judgment, work ethic, organization, and proof of execution than a specific degree or traditional career path.
    Why Join T11
  • Work directly with the founder from the earliest stage
  • Gain exposure to company creation, fundraising, product development, recruiting, and operations
  • Take meaningful ownership instead of operating inside a narrow corporate role
  • Join a small team using AI-native workflows to build ambitious companies
  • Opportunity to grow into a broader operations or Chief of Staff position as T11 develops
    How to Apply
    Submit the following:
  • Your résumé or LinkedIn profile
  • A short explanation of why you are interested in T11 Ventures
  • One example of a time you created order in a fast-moving or disorganized situation
  • Your earliest available start date
T11 Ventures is an equal-opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates based on ability, judgment, character, and potential.
