Role Description
Oversee daily operations of retail pharmacy locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve sales performance.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize inventory management and procurement processes.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure the pharmacy maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Qualification
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
