Job description

Role Description


  • Oversee daily operations of retail pharmacy locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve sales performance.

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize inventory management and procurement processes.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Ensure the pharmacy maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.


Qualification


  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
