About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join Dynamyc as a partner to lead Product & Engineering. You will work alongside Chi Pham (Founder & CEO) to architect, build, and scale the platform from the ground up. As Technical Co-Founder, you’ll make key technology decisions, build the engineering roadmap, and shape the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamyc’s core technology architecture and platform.

• Lead product development from MVP to enterprise deployment.

• Make strategic decisions around AI integration, data security, scalability, and UX.

• Build and manage the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

• Collaborate with the CEO on product strategy, customer needs, and long-term growth.

• Translate enterprise workflow challenges into scalable software solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• 5+ years in enterprise environments or large-scale system architecture.

• Previous experience as CTO, Lead Engineer, or Technical Co-Founder preferred.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles.

• Experience in AI, automation, or workflow platforms is a strong plus.

Preferred Technologies

• Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React

• Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• AI/ML tools (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.)

• Database design and API architecture

Equity Structure:

• Equal split (up to 50%) for full-time (60–80 hrs/week) involvement

• No salary initially — equity-based until fundraising or product-market fit is achieved.
