10+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in Duck Creek Policy testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy (PAS).
Extensive knowledge of P&C Insurance business processes.
Experience testing policy lifecycle transactions:

Issue
Endorsements
Renewals
Cancellations
Reinstatements

Expertise in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
Strong knowledge of Rating, Underwriting Rules, Forms, Product Configuration, and Policy Workflows.
Experience with API testing using Postman/Swagger.
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM for defect tracking.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
