Heritage Holding is a Boston-based private investment firm targeting lower middle market businesses that generate between two and ten million dollars of EBITDA. Alex de Pfyffer and Ross Porter founded Heritage as a Search Fund after graduating from HBS in 2015. Heritage has since closed on a $220m first institutional fundraise in August of 2024 and completed ~35 acquisitions across 11 platform companies in B2B services, including telecom, IT and cyber security services, healthcare services, and skilled trades services.
