V12Resole is a tech-enabled climbing shoe repair company making resoling easier, more accessible, and more sustainable for climbers. We extend the life of climbing shoes through high-quality repair services delivered through our gym-based drop-off and pick-up box system. Our model is simple: climbers order online, drop their shoes at a V12Resole box inside a climbing gym, receive status updates through our internal system, and pick up their repaired shoes when ready. This creates a better experience for climbers, gyms, and cobblers while helping reduce waste in the climbing community. We currently collaborate with 20+ gym and retail locations and are building toward a nationwide network of 200 boxes. To support that growth, we are hiring Community Growth Managers who can build strong gym relationships, represent V12Resole at local climbing events, support box launches, and help connect more climbers to convenient repair services.
