Experience Requirement:

• Ability to bridge communication between U.S. customers and Chinese internal teams, including technical requirements, project status, quality issues, and commercial negotiations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for fuses, current sensors, and switches in the U.S. market.
• Identify, develop, and manage key customers in AIDC / AI data center, automotive / EV, and BESS / energy storage industries.
• Promote company products into customer applications, including data center power systems, high-voltage DC systems, battery packs, BMS, PCS, inverters, chargers, and power distribution systems.
• Drive design-in opportunities by working closely with customer engineering teams during the early design and development stage.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to provide suitable product solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer development, technical promotion, sample requests, quotation, RFQ response, price negotiation, contract follow-up, and mass-production project tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, quality, project management, and executive teams.
• Collect market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, technology trends, and new application opportunities.
• Develop annual sales plans, revenue targets, customer strategies, and project pipelines for assigned accounts and market segments.
• Monitor customer forecasts, demand changes, delivery requirements, and project schedules to support accurate sales planning.
• Coordinate with distributors, sales representatives, and channel partners where applicable to expand market coverage.
• Support customer qualification processes, including sample evaluation, technical documentation, quality audits, validation testing, and production approval.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to product performance, quality, delivery, pricing, or technical support.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, technical seminars, and business negotiations.
• Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, forecast reports, and market analysis for management.
• Support new product development by providing customer feedback, market requirements, and application trends to product and R&D teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, margin goals, and new customer development objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of B2B technical sales, business development, or key account management experience in electronic components, power electronics, electrical protection devices, sensors, switches, or related products.
• Background in AIDC / AI data centers and related electrical power systems, including power distribution, UPS/HVDC, rack-level power, high-current protection, and reliability requirements.
• Experience selling products such as fuses, current sensors, switches, connectors, relays, circuit protection devices, or power electronic components.
• Proven experience selling to at least one of the following customer groups:
o AIDC / AI data center customers
o Automotive / EV customers
o BESS / energy storage customers
o Power electronics or industrial power system customers
• Experience with design-in sales, including early-stage customer engagement, technical promotion, sample follow-up, qualification support, RFQ management, and mass-production project tracking.
• Ability to work directly with engineering, procurement, quality, and management teams at customer sites.
• Proven track record of developing new customers and growing sales revenue in the U.S. market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels, especially in AIDC, automotive / EV, BESS, and industrial power sectors.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
• Willingness to devote time and effort beyond typical working hours to contribute to the success of a new startup or growing business.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to use these tools effectively for sales pipeline management, customer tracking, reporting, and business development. Willingness and ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
Preferred:
• Existing customer relationships in AI data center infrastructure, EV, BESS, battery systems, PCS/inverter, UPS, PDU, power distribution, or Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
• Experience with automotive customer processes, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and long-term validation cycles.
• Experience selling high-voltage or high-current components used in DC power systems, battery packs, charging systems, server power systems, or energy storage systems.
• Experience working with overseas factories, R&D teams, quality teams, or headquarters.
• Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or manufacturer representatives in North America.
