Job Title: Digital Signage Support Specialist

Location: Wayzata, Minnesota (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 Months - Only Local Candidates

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Signage Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for its enterprise digital signage systems. The role requires strong experience with BrightSign players and the Carousel Digital Signage platform, ensuring reliable, effective, and seamless signage operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for BrightSign players and Carousel signage software.
Configure, deploy, and maintain digital signage hardware, content schedules, and system updates.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, connectivity, and smooth content playback.
Respond to user tickets and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Work closely with IT and communications teams to support signage content and deployments.
Document configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and process standards.
Support new deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with BrightSign players (setup, troubleshooting, and firmware updates).
Proficiency with Carousel Digital Signage software (content management and scheduling).
Good knowledge of network connectivity (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with AV hardware, displays, and digital media formats.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
