Our direct client, TaxWell, is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Filing to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of mission-critical payment and tax filing experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Manager with experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Tax, or Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for payment and filing experiences
✅ Drive customer adoption, increase conversion rates, and optimize payment authorization and completion
✅ Define and track KPIs using data-driven insights to guide product decisions
✅ Lead product discovery through customer research, behavioral analytics, and market analysis
✅ Design and analyze A/B tests and personalization strategies to improve customer engagement
✅ Partner with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams
✅ Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate and optimize payment solutions
✅ Monitor industry trends in taxation, digital payments, banking, and financial services
Required Qualifications:
✔️ 12–15 years of overall experience with 5–7+ years of Product Management experience
✔️ Strong background in Banking, Payments, FinTech, Tax, Financial Services, or other regulated industries
✔️ Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
✔️ Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product leadership
✔️ Knowledge of AI-powered products, automation, or predictive technologies is highly desirable
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
