Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives across various business functions.

• Support deployment efforts by analyzing operational processes and recommending improvements.

• Assist Chief of Staff in managing projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to enhance business operations and drive efficiency.

• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting roles, preferably with Bain & Co, BCG, or McKinsey & Co.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
