About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Fintech Attorney specializing in derivatives and feeder-master funds to join our remote team. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial structuring in the fintech space.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal guidance on derivatives trading and compliance matters.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on risk assessment and legal research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Advise on venture capital transactions and associated legal implications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector.

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level to senior experience in fintech law, particularly in derivatives and feeder-master funds.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
• Strong skills in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and financial structuring.
• Relevant certifications in law, derivatives, compliance, or fintech are a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 per year.
