Job description

Join a well-funded, venture-backed healthcare AI startup building production-grade Voice AI, LLM-powered agents, and autonomous workflows that improve patient outcomes. Working directly with the founders, you will build intelligent systems that learn continuously from real-world interactions and help redefine how healthcare is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy production Voice AI systems.

- Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

- Develop evaluation infrastructure and reinforcement learning pipelines.

- Create AI copilots for healthcare advocates.

- Partner with founders on product and technical strategy.

- Design scalable cloud-native AI architectures.

Required Qualifications

- 1–10 years of backend or full-stack software engineering.

- Production experience with AI agents, LLMs, or Voice AI.

- Strong Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript skills.

- Experience with agentic systems, STT/TTS, or multi-agent orchestration.

- RLHF, reward modeling, or feedback-driven AI improvement experience preferred.

- Thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

- Graduate of a Top 20 CS School

Preferred Qualifications

- Series A–D startup experience.

- Strong CS fundamentals.

- Prompt engineering and distributed AI systems expertise.
