Role Description

This is a flexible, remote internship role with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week. As the Social Media and Marketing Intern, you will create and manage social media content while assisting with broader digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include defining and executing marketing strategies, curating content for various platforms, scheduling posts, managing a small budget, A/B testing content, engaging with the audience, and supporting the Kelly Tutors mission to inspire and empower youth. This role offers an opportunity to work creatively and collaboratively with potential for impactful contributions to a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

• Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies

• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal expression

• Ability to work independently and remotely, adhering to deadlines

• Passion for education, youth development, and innovative approaches to learning

• Familiarity with AI, marketing trends, or content creation is a plus

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
