Commercial Litigation Associate – Orlando

Regional firm is seeking an associate with three to five years commercial litigation and creditors’ rights experience for a shareholder-track position. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in depositions, discovery, motion practice, trials, commercial loan workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy. This role offers meaningful responsibility in a sophisticated, active practice involving complex litigation and commercial loan workout matters. The associate will work closely with experienced litigation shareholders who provide active mentoring, direct client exposure, and hands-on professional development. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented attorney with sound judgment and a genuine interest in building a long-term practice with the firm.
