Operation Executive (Bilingual in Chinese)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PUD (Pickup and Delivery) Operations Coordinator to support daily operations with multiple logistics vendors across the U.S. and internationally. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Chinese to facilitate seamless coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a liaison between internal teams and both domestic and international logistics vendors, ensuring service requirements and timelines are met.

· Manage daily operational tasks including shipment tracking, pickup scheduling, and performance monitoring.

· Handle issue resolution with vendors, such as shipment delays, claims, and service escalations.

· Support vendor performance evaluations by compiling operational data.

· Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular status reports to the Operation Manager.

Requirements:

· Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

· 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor operations.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and logistics management platforms.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
