Job description

We are currently looking for a Entry-Level Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Data Reporting Specialist responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role involves creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. The analyst works with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve operational efficiency. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide data-driven recommendations that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Support business teams by providing data-driven recommendations

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports

Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and management

Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards

    Required Skills & Qualifications

High school / Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

Experience with databases or data management systems

Understanding of business intelligence concepts and reporting tools

Internship or project experience in data analysis (a plus, not required)
