We are currently hiring for a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative opportunity with Everise – CVS Commercial!⭐ JOB HIGHLIGHTS💰 Pay: $14.50/hour- Seasonal Contract🏠 Position: Work From Home📞 Role: Customer Service Representative🎓 Education: High School Diploma/GED🕐 Schedule: Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays & occasional overtime💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
Gather customer information and identify customer needs
Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service
Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
Document and disposition calls accurately
Meet customer-service and performance expectations
Assist and care for customers, including senior citizens

Healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology are a plus!🖥️ WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTSCandidates must have:

Wired Ethernet internet connection
50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Two 21" monitors — you provide one, Everise provides one
Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
Wireless/Wi-Fi, satellite, and cellular hotspot connections are not permitted

Everise provides a keyboard, mouse and webcam.
