About the Role

Humana is seeking motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join its remote team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this role, you will assist Medicare-eligible members in understanding their healthcare coverage options and enrolling in plans that best meet their needs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Educate Medicare beneficiaries on available Humana health plans.

• Conduct compliant inbound and outbound sales conversations.

• Recommend suitable coverage based on customer needs.

• Accurately complete enrollments and maintain documentation.

• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity expectations.

• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Active Resident Health Insurance License.

• License must remain active throughout the assignment.

• Previous Medicare or health insurance sales experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Ability to work independently from a home office.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday

• Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST

• Schedules will be assigned within business operating hours.

Training

• Paid training provided.

• 4 weeks of classroom training followed by 1 week of nesting.

Work From Home Requirements

• High-speed wired internet connection.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.

• Ability to meet technical requirements for remote work.
