Labor & Employment Shareholder – Fort Lauderdale or Orlando

Regional law firm seeks an experienced, entrepreneurial shareholder-level attorney to join our nationally-recognized team and lead the continued growth and development of our Labor & Employment practice in Florida. Ideal applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, including first-chair responsibility in litigation in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, advice and counseling, and workplace training. Applicants must have a self-sustaining portable book of business and have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in growing or leading a practice group is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to establish and shape the direction of our Florida employment practice in a collaborative and client-focused firm environment. Florida law license required.
