Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: remote

Responsibilities:

1. Help various application teams with migrating from on-prem MSMQ to RabbitMQ in AWS.
2. Suggest and implement best practices on the Rabbit Cluster configurations (Server Side Configurations).
3. Identify and implement best practices for products/services (clients) that are using the Rabbit Clusters.
4. Implement high availability with automated blue-green deployment model for Rabbit Cluster (both on-prem and AWS).
5. Provide solutions for ensuring PII/PCI/PHI data is not logged into Rabbit log files.
6. Help with monitoring and observability of RabbitMQ.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with RabbitMQ
• Strong knowledge of RabbitMQ cluster configurations and best practices.
• Experience with AWS and on-prem deployments.
• Familiarity with automated blue-green deployment models.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to PII/PCI/PHI data.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools for RabbitMQ.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with .NET, Java, and Python client libraries.
• Previous experience in the health industry.
• Certification in RabbitMQ or related technologies.
