About This Role


We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate I to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.


What You'll Do


  • Operate assembly line machinery to produce high-quality products.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards are met.

  • Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.

  • Schedule production activities to meet demand and deadlines.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

  • Adhere to safety compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.


What We're Looking For


  • An Associate degree is required.

  • Experience in manufacturing or a related field is essential.

  • Proficiency in assembly line operations and machine operation.

  • Strong skills in quality control and material handling.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions closely.
