We’re seeking Forward Deployed Engineer to join Full-time in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA or Toronto, Canada
Full-time Hybrid New York, NY, San Francisco, CA or Toronto, Canada

Hybrid work policy Minimum of 3 days in-office (4 days preferred). 2-3 days per week of domestic travel to portfolio company locations
Salary: $185K - $240K base salary (same for SF, NY & Toronto) + competitive equity

About this role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to embed directly with company's portfolio companies, ship agentic software into live operations, and own the outcomes end-to-end. This is a Palantir-style FDE role at a software holding company — you're not writing decks, you're building running systems that compound across an entire portfolio.

Big Tech (specifically for new grads)
Hard skills
AI-native with dev tooling and agents to automate manual workflows
TypeScript or Python, React and SQL proficiency

What will you be doing?
• Embed with portfolio companies to understand their operating model, earn operator trust, and identify the 2–3 highest-leverage workflow opportunities for agentic software.
• Ship the wedge — build integrations, prompts, evals, and UI surfaces to land the first agentic loop at each core platform.
• Operate and tune deployed systems post-launch, adjusting autonomy tiers and handing off cleanly to portfolio ops once stable.
• Serve as the technical face of client— building trust, setting expectations, and ensuring the system is seen as their leverage. Bring patterns back to HQ and codify learnings into reusable playbooks that accelerate every future deployment in the same vertical.
