About the Role

We’re growing, and are looking for a Recruiter to join us in Denver. Someone who thrives on finding exceptional talent, reaching out with purpose, and telling stories that connect people to opportunity. This is a true search role. You’ll research, source, and engage talent for high-impact roles across the U.S., working directly with founders and clients who are shaping the energy transition. You’ll be supported by a small, experienced team that values collaboration, curiosity, and doing things the right way.

Responsibilities
● Researching and sourcing candidates across technical and leadership roles
● Crafting personalized outreach and building long-term candidate relationships
● Managing full search delivery from sourcing through offer
● Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service on every project

Qualifications
● 1+ year of agency experience with strong sourcing and search execution skills
