Smart Learn Tutoring LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Coordinator to support the professional development of our tutoring and administrative staff. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, scheduling, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to ensure team members have the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional educational services.
This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of instruction, employee performance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Develop and maintain training schedules for tutors and support staff.
- Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Monitor employee training completion and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Research educational trends and recommend professional development opportunities.
- Ensure training programs align with company goals, policies, and educational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
