About This Role

We are looking for a dedicated NICU Nurse Manager to lead our neonatal intensive care unit. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of care for our most vulnerable patients. You will be responsible for managing staff and operations while fostering a safe and supportive environment for both patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the NICU, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate and manage team activities to enhance patient care and staff performance.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
• Train and develop nursing staff to ensure best practices in neonatal care.
• Utilize patient monitoring systems to track and analyze patient outcomes.
• Respond to critical care situations with effective management strategies.
• Actively participate in data analysis to inform decision-making.

• Mid-level experience in nursing, specifically in a neonatal or critical care setting.
• Strong skills in neonatal resuscitation and critical care management.
