Product Manager, IoT / PropTech (US Market)

Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid)

Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 base (up to $185,000 for senior candidates)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the US PropTech and IoT market. This role sits at the intersection of market needs, customers, and engineering, acting as a critical bridge between US stakeholders and our China-based R&D team.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated hardware–software products, driving localization, launch, and commercialization in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the US PropTech / IoT market

• Translate US customer needs, market insights, and partner feedback into clear, actionable product requirements

• Work closely with China-based engineering teams to deliver high-quality hardware–software solutions

• Drive product localization, go-to-market readiness, and US market launches

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partners to support commercial success

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in PropTech, IoT, or enterprise SaaS

• Strong understanding of the US property management ecosystem (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio)

• Experience with hardware–software integrated products (e.g., building systems, metering, energy, utilities)

• Proven ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-border teams

• Fluent in English; strong Chinese language skills and US–China cultural fluency are highly preferred
